ABOUT ME
– with heart, mind and a firm footing on the construction site
I am a qualified civil engineer, have been living in Mallorca for over 20 years – and during this time I have seen construction projects that have inspired me, and others that have caused me sleepless nights.
Today I know: The difference lies not only in plans, materials or budget – but in the way you lead, make decisions and take responsibility.
My motivation?
That my clients can ultimately say: "Bringing you on board was the best decision."
I stand for clarity, reliability, and the importance of attention to every detail. I keep a close eye on deadlines and costs, address problems directly, and ensure that ideas become reality – with the quality you expect.
I'm often only called in when the construction site is already ablaze. Then I save what can be saved.
But I prefer to be involved from the very beginning – so that it doesn't even get to that point.
Mallorca is my home, my workplace, and my network. I know who you can build with here – and who you can't. I speak the language of tradespeople, architects, and authorities. Whether your interior designer comes from Paris, the carpenter from Hamburg, or the tiles from Italy – I bring everything together and keep track of everything.
I do not replace the architect or the technical architect. Formally, construction can take place in Mallorca without my involvement. However, experience shows that, especially with high-end projects and when clients are not on-site, things run more smoothly, are less stressful, and are of higher quality if I act as your personal representative here on-site – and oversee the construction site in your best interests.
My specialty?
To manage construction projects as if they were my own.
With technical know-how, a watchful eye for every detail, and the consistency needed to keep quality, schedule, and budget in balance.
In my private life, you'll find me hiking in the Tramuntana mountains, in the kitchen trying out new recipes, or practicing yoga on the beach. I raised my daughter here on my own – between construction site meetings, family organization, and crisis management sessions. This has taught me that there are many ways to be strong.
I love what I do.
I love the moment when a building shell takes shape.
And I love it when customers enter their new home and I know: Everything is as it should be – or better.
